Mentoring Program
Cobb Photographic Society offers mentoring opportunities for photographers of all levels to improve their skills. Often club members with expertise in a certain area will offer a program or class for CPS members. Instruction offered includes learning photographic techniques and photographic software (such as Photoshop and Light Room). Some programs are free, some are offered at nominal fees. For more information regarding our mentoring program, contact the Mentoring Program Committee Chair - Jerrie V. Paschal at mentor@cobbphotosociety.com.
The next mentoring program will be PhotoShop Elements 10 taught by Don Grider. It will be held four Tuesday nights from 7:00pm - 9:00pm. The dates for the class are January 24, 31, February 7 and 14. The fee will be $20.00 per person (CPS members) and $30.00 for guests. The class will be limited in size so sign up soon. Signing up means sending in the money. Don asks that members have PhotoShop Elements 10 (trial version ok) on their computers. He will be using Scott Kelby's PhotoShop Elements 10 book as his textbook.
If you are interested in taking this class, please email Jerrie Paschal at jvpaschal@aol.com. Space is limited.
